Wheel forging automatic production line

This solution is designed to meet customer needs and realizes automated online production of forging line heating furnaces, presses, trimming machines and other equipment

The overall solution includes a medium-frequency induction heating furnace, a 400T closed press, a 1600T press, a 315T closed punch press, a 200T open trimming press, and a six-axis robot and various automation systems to achieve automated connection

The function buttons on the operation panel should include: automatic/manual, start, pause, fault prompt reset, and emergency stop buttons;

When a unit fails, the system can continue to complete the hot material operation in the subsequent process of the unit according to the actual situation to avoid unnecessary waste;

Emergency stop design: The general control emergency stop is developed according to the customer's operating habits; for example, when the press is at the lower limit, the press is allowed to run to the upper limit before stopping to avoid damage to the host equipment;

PLC uses SIEMENS safety CPU with specifications not less than CPU1200 and supports profibus and profinet fieldbuses;

Equipment interlock protection: The equipment and robots on this line have many movements, and the program will be interlocked to avoid collision caused by movement interference;

In addition to an industrial computer, the entire line is equipped with an additional server dedicated to data acquisition and processing to avoid the industrial computer PLC freezing or paralysis;

The video stream transmission network segment is separately distinguished from the transmission network segment of other control systems of the master control to avoid network delays;

The entire line reserves an automation interface to facilitate the customer's later expansion. Our company provides relevant technical assistance when the customer connects the entire workshop to the network.
