The automatic laser cleaning system consists of a laser transmitter, a sensor system, a robotic arm, a control system, a power supply system, a data processing and communication module, and an exhaust gas collection system.
Laser emitter: The core component of the laser cleaning robot, which is used to generate high-energy laser beams and achieve cleaning effects by adjusting the intensity and focus of the laser. At the same time, it has an integrated cooling system to ensure the stable operating temperature of the laser transmitter.
Sensor system: used to sense and identify the working environment, including laser ranging sensors, vision sensors, etc., so that the robot can accurately locate and clean target objects.
Robot arm: used to carry and operate the laser transmitter. It has multiple degrees of freedom and can flexibly move and adjust the position and angle of the laser beam.
Control system: Responsible for controlling the movement and operation of the entire robot, including path planning, motion control, safety monitoring and other functions.
Power system: Provides power to the robot and laser transmitter to ensure their normal operation.
Data processing and communication module: used to process sensor data collected by the robot and communicate with external devices to achieve remote control and monitoring.
Exhaust gas collection system: used to collect exhaust gas.

The entire system consists of loading and unloading stations, tracks, tooling, trusses, laser cleaning systems (two sets), robotic arms (two sets), flipping mechanism, 2D error-proofing system, line laser visual guidance system, control system, etc.

Using ultra-high-speed sampling, even small shape changes will not be missed.
Workpieces can be transferred at high speeds, thereby shortening lead times.
The line laser is used for real-time detection, and the robot performs real-time deflection based on the detection results to achieve a good cleaning effect.
